Community Choirs
Let’s Sing UK! runs community choirs in Peckham and Brixton. The Peckham choir is a community choir whose repertoire consists of songs from a variety of popular music genres. Weekly sessions are held at Mountview Performing Arts Academy located in the heart of trendy Peckham. The Brixton choir is for the gospel enthusiast! The sessions are weekly at St Matthew’s Church in the heart of Brixton town! These choirs offer an opportunity to anyone who loves singing and wants to sing in a choir setting with like-minded people. If you enjoy singing but have little to no experience or perhaps you have sung in a choir before and would welcome a challenge, one of our two choirs could be a perfect fit for you!
COMMUNITY CHOIR
The community choir is open to anyone with a love of singing and of varying vocal abilities. You will learn basic vocal techniques and songs from different musical genres. There is no audition, just bring your enthusiasm!

GOSPEL CHOIR
The gospel choir is a more advanced choir for those who have some experience of singing and are looking for more of a challenge. You will learn vocal techniques and brush up on areas like style and performance. This is for the gospel music lover, so if this is you, this course is exactly what you’re looking for!
All of the choir tutors are experienced professionals in their respective fields.
It is scientifically proven that singing in a CHOIR has physical and mental health benefits. It helps with stress as well as providing a safe and secure social environment where you can make new friends.
